Meet Erica

In 2003 Erica founded a medical services business and ran it successfully for 16 years. After selling the company in 2018, she made the decision to become a business consultant and help other owners level up in their business. She is passionate about helping others achieve success both personally and professionally.

She been involved with various aspects of teaching, mentoring, and advising for 20 years and felt it was time to use her skills and tools to coach others.

Erica becomes energized when speaking about business and is inspired by her successful entrepreneur clients.

She has a keen eye for detail and her ability to look at organizations and strategize as to how they can operate more effectively and efficiently is her super power.

In addition to providing business guidance to her clients, she makes time for hiking, pickle ball, family, and friends.
